NO! You are trying to access HVOINOE server from HVOINOE, but looks you are outside Hvoinie or using proxy
Check:

• If you are using Opera Turbo, turn it OFF!
• If you are using Proxy (Tor?), turn it OFF, too
• If you do not use proxy, go to Hvoinoe and connect from HV-NET
